His knowing breaks forth.

Paccekabuddhañca sadevakañca lokaṁ upādāya tathāgato arahaṁ sammāsambuddho aggo paṭisambhidappatto paññāpabhedakusalo pabhinnañāṇo adhigatapaṭisambhido catuvesārajjappatto dasabaladhārī purisāsabho purisasīho …pe…

The Tathagata, the Arahant, the Fully Enlightened One, having attained the highest proficiency in analytical knowing, skilled in the classification of wisdom, with broken knowing, having attained analytical knowing, possessing the four kinds of intrepidity, bearing the ten powers, the bull among men, the lion among men...

yepi te khattiyapaṇḍitā brāhmaṇapaṇḍitā gahapatipaṇḍitā samaṇapaṇḍitā nipuṇā kataparappavādā vālavedhirūpā vobhindantā maññe caranti paññāgatena diṭṭhigatāni, te pañhaṁ abhisaṅkharitvā abhisaṅkharitvā tathāgataṁ upasaṅkamitvā pucchanti gūḷhāni ca paṭicchannāni ca.

Even those wise Khattiyas, wise Brahmins, wise householders, wise ascetics, skilled in the doctrines of others, appearing like archers, wandering about as if breaking through with their wisdom, having views, they construct questions and approach the Tathagata to ask hidden and concealed questions.

Kathitā visajjitā ca te pañhā bhagavatā honti niddiṭṭhakāraṇā, upakkhittakā ca te bhagavato sampajjanti.

Those questions are explained and answered by the Blessed One, with the reasons pointed out, and they are satisfied with the Blessed One's answers.

Atha kho bhagavā tattha atirocati, yadidaṁ paññāyāti aggo paṭisambhidappattoti.

Then the Blessed One excels there, namely, in wisdom, as the one who has attained the highest proficiency in analytical knowing.

Mahāpaññākathā niṭṭhitā.

The great discourse on wisdom is concluded.
